    摘 要:大量分布式光伏的接入,使配電網(wǎng)電壓問題更加凸顯的同時也為配電網(wǎng)提供了可控資源。為充分挖掘有源配電網(wǎng)的調(diào)節(jié)潛力,實現(xiàn)全過程電壓控制,提出一種包含接入前電壓評估、日前網(wǎng)絡(luò)重構(gòu)、日內(nèi)電壓調(diào)節(jié)的多時間尺度有源配電網(wǎng)電壓控制系統(tǒng)。光伏接入前的電壓估算為合理規(guī)劃分布式光伏接入提供依據(jù),光伏接入后,日前基于凈負(fù)荷進(jìn)行網(wǎng)絡(luò)重構(gòu),日內(nèi)基于靈敏度進(jìn)行電壓調(diào)節(jié),從而實現(xiàn)電壓越限控制。提出的電壓估算方法及靈敏度計算方法充分考慮工程實際情況,計算簡單、計算量小,通過某 10 kV 配電網(wǎng)的算例分析,表明該方法準(zhǔn)確度較高,能夠滿足工程應(yīng)用。

    Abstract: The access of a large number of distributed photovoltaics, which not only highlights the voltage problem in the distribution network, but also provides controllable resources for the distribution network. In order to fully exploit the regulation potential of active distribution network and achieve full-process voltage control. A multi-time-scale active distribution network voltage control system is proposed,which includes pre-access voltage assessment, day-ahead network reconfiguration and intra-day voltage regulation. The voltage estimation before photovoltaic access provides a basis for reasonable planning of distributed photovoltaic access. After photovoltaic access, the network is reconfigured based on net load on the current day, and voltage regulation is carried out based on sensitivity on the current day, thereby achieving voltage over-limit control. The proposed voltage estimation method and sensitivity calculation method fully consider the actual engineering situation, the calculation is simple and the amount of calculation is small. The analysis based on a 10 kV distribution network in a certain area shows that the proposed method has high accuracy and can meet engineering applications.
