基于負荷分區的多時間尺度配電網無功優化

    摘 要:為提升配電網的經濟性和安全性,充分運用離散補償設備以及連續補償設備來解決電壓問題,同時通過日前以及日內這兩個時間尺度相互協作優化,給出最終的設備控制決策。在日前優化中,引入負荷分區解決離散設備控制次數限制,并在日內優化中建立電壓預測模型以優化連續設備控制。在 IEEE 33 系統進行算例仿真實驗,結果表明,日內優化模型能夠根據負荷變化進行適應性優化,大幅降低了電壓波動,顯著提高了電壓控制水平。

    Abstract: To enhance the economy and security of distribution networks, discrete compensation devices and continuous compensation devices are fully utilized to address voltage issues. Meanwhile integrating day-ahead and intra-day time-scale coordination for optimal equipment control decisions. In the day-ahead optimization phase, load partitioning is introduced to address the operational frequency constraints of discrete devices. For intra-day optimization, a voltage prediction model is established to refine the control of continuous devices. Simulation experiments conducted on the IEEE 33-bus system demonstrate that the intra-day optimization model enables adaptive adjustments based on load variations, significantly reducing voltage fluctuations and improving voltage control performance.
